增城，中國，廣東省城市，據廣州一個小時車程，位于中國最大出口省  份的心臟地帶。為了支持經濟的發(fā)展和變化，城市需要不斷演進，行政  工業(yè)園的建設伴隨著大面積的結構戰(zhàn)略性調整。

一方面，該項目的挑戰(zhàn)是使得 65 平方公里工業(yè)和技術活動聚集區(qū)與城  市人居、 服務和設施的和諧一致。通過定義新的高新核心區(qū)，公共空間  的處理方案是整個項目的核心內涵。

另一方面，公園位于一個顯著的丘陵區(qū)域，考慮到地形的特點是最重要  的因素。建筑的生態(tài)特征非常明顯。

住宅區(qū)在獨享的”綠心”位置，采用創(chuàng)新的方式與工業(yè)與研究中心交相  輝映。

Zengcheng is about 45 minutes’drive from Guangzhou city. And it’s also in the  heart of Guangdong province, one of the largest export province in China.

Due to support the economic development, this area will adjust its industrial  structure and function layout.

The challenge is how to deal with the relationship between industrial area and  living area and make them live in harmony. To solve this problem, we redefine  the new high-tech area and the function for public space. And this area is also  located in hilly area, based on its topographical features, all the buildings are  with strong ecological character.
